Exchange Policies

To initiate the exchange on any jewellery purchased from https://elrockjewels.in/, send us an email to support@elrockjewels.in or contact us at +91 98199 90044. On confirmation of the same, the product shall be returned to any Elrock stores across India.

Note :

  • Diamond Jewellery – 90% of Diamond & 100% of Gold Value at the prevailing rate
  • Gold Jewellery – 100% of Gold Value at the prevailing rate
  1. Customized Jewellery (including personalized/engraved products) and precious stones (pearl and coral) are not eligible for a 14-day exchange. Lifetime exchange is Available.
  2. The store will perform a basic quality check after the product is received, and if eligible for exchange, will hand it over to the E-commerce department. Once the product is received at the E-commerce department, it will be subjected to quality confirmation by our E-commerce quality assurance team.
  3. Elrock Jewels retains the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product based on the quality assurance team’s final appraisal.
  4. No exchange shall be made without the original invoice copy and original diamond certificate presented by the customer.
  5. If any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the Exchange amount would be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount, or promo codes.
  6. Full value exchange will not be applicable if the jewellery sold has been tampered with, altered, misused, broken, or repaired by any means.
  7. For the exchange of jewellery purchased from us, labour charges, appropriate loss of weight, and percentage of solder will be deducted.
  8. There will be no deduction in the weight of hallmarked gold jewellery purchased from Elrock Jewels.
  9. If the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
  10. If the exchange value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be refunded via the original payment method, but if it is a Lifetime Exchange, then the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.
  11. a) Making charges: The discount would not be deducted while arriving at the Lifetime     Exchange value.
  12. b) Gold or Diamond value: The entire discount will be deducted while arriving at the   Lifetime Exchange value.
  13. c) MAP: The discount will be deducted from the actual making charges of the design while arriving at the final Lifetime Exchange value.
  14. Any new product purchased against Lifetime Exchange Value or Old Gold Exchange Credit will be eligible for 100% exchange (14 days) and Lifetime Exchange.
  15. An additional 10% will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange Value if the customer does not have the original invoice.
  16. The customer can exchange the product within 14 days for the full value only once. If exchanged for the second time, it will be considered a Lifetime Exchange.
  17. The overall process of exchange initiation will require 7-10 working days.
  18. This policy does not apply to international orders.
  19. Elrock Jewels retains the right to modify, the terms and conditions for individual customers. In such a case, the customer would always be notified of the decision before the purchase.

Buy Back Policies

This buyback policy applies to jewellery after 14 days of purchase from https://elrockjewels.in/. To initiate the buyback, send us an email at support@elrockjewels.in or contact us at +91 98199 90044. On confirmation of the same, the product shall be returned at any Elrock stores across India.

  • Diamond Jewellery – 90% of Diamond & 100% of Gold Value at the prevailing rate
  • Gold Jewellery – 100% of Gold Value at the prevailing rate

Note:

  1. This buyback policy is predicated on delivering the fair market value of jewellery and diamond solitaires. The prevailing market rate shall apply to all products.
  2. The store will perform a basic quality check after the product is received, and if eligible for buyback, will hand it over to the E-com department. Once the product is received at the E-com department, it will be subjected to quality confirmation by our E-com quality assurance team.
